Check-in time is from 16:00 PM. Check-out time is until 12:00 in Lake House and 11:00 in Duplex Apartments.
For the safety and tranquility of the fallow deer, pets are not allowed. If you arrive with a pet, you will be asked to leave, and the payment will not be refunded.
You can only feed the fallow deer with fruits and vegetables, which you can either bring yourself or purchase in a basket for a symbolic price upon arrival.
You may change the reservation date once free of charge no later than 7 days before arrival. The reservation deposit is non-refundable. Multiple date changes are charged at the amount of 20€.
Yes, all our apartments offer free and stable Wi-Fi connectivity for all our guests.
