Check-in time starts at 4:00 PM, check-out time ends at 12:00 PM the next day.

Upon arrival, you need to pay the remaining reservation amount.

Arriving with pets is strictly prohibited. If you arrive with a pet, you will be asked to leave. Payment will not be refunded.

Do not move furniture or relocate items to places not intended for them. Maintain order and cleanliness in the apartments. Everything is in ideal condition and we would like to keep it that way.

Please take care of our property. If inventory is broken, smashed or otherwise damaged - you must inform and settle immediately. If such damage is caused by minor children, their parents or guardians are financially responsible, and if they refuse, the Client compensates in all cases.

If the Client arrives with minor children - must take care of them, i.e. not leave them unsupervised, and is fully responsible for their safety and fully financially responsible for damage caused by children on the estate (broken, damaged inventory, property).

We accept guests only for quiet relaxation, so please respect the peace of others, quiet hours from 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM.

SMOKING INDOORS IS PROHIBITED. When smoking outside, dispose of cigarette butts only in designated containers on the terrace.

Do not cut on tables or countertops, use cutting boards.

Use baking paper or foil in the oven.

Use electrical appliances in compliance with safety requirements, do not allow children to use them. Do not leave switched-on electrical appliances unattended. Please turn off all lights and turn off water taps before leaving the apartments.

Blankets, towels and other room inventory cannot be used at the beach or outdoor picnics.

If the jacuzzi service has not been paid for, using it is strictly prohibited!

Jacuzzi usage time is from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

The jacuzzi is not intended for washing, so before using it, we recommend taking a shower!

Do not wear jewelry and accessories (rings, bracelets, chains, watches...) due to the possibility of losing them and damaging the jacuzzi pumps... you will have to cover the repair costs.

It is prohibited to use the jacuzzi when covered with any creams or oils.

Do not eat or drink in the whirlpool bath and do not pour any liquids into it, neither shampoo, soap... - this way you can damage the filtration system and pumps and will have to cover the repair costs.

It is prohibited to open the jacuzzi cover when using the barbecue grill.

After each use of the whirlpool bath, you MUST close the cover.
